High-Performance Ceramic Coating for Marine Surfaces
Conventional marine wax sits on top of your vessel’s surface and is removed progressively by Florida’s intense UV radiation, saltwater immersion, and rain, often within six to eight weeks of application in Florida’s climate. Nano-ceramic coatings work at an entirely different level. Applied by a trained technician to a properly prepared surface, a ceramic coating chemically bonds with your gelcoat or painted surface at a molecular level, creating a hard, sacrificial protective layer that cannot be washed or waxed away.
The bonded ceramic layer is hydrophobic, UV-resistant, and chemically inert to the saltwater, bird fouling, and environmental fallout that a Florida-based vessel encounters daily. Water sheets off the surface immediately, salt cannot crystallize into the pores, and UV rays are reflected rather than absorbed by the coating. The result is a surface that stays cleaner between washes, holds its gloss dramatically longer, and requires significantly less maintenance to keep at the standard it deserves.
Advanced Hydrophobic Properties
The smooth, glass-like surface created by the coating ensures that water and salt spray bead off immediately. This prevents the formation of water spots and makes it much harder for grime or bird droppings to stick to the boat.
